Our journey began with the legendary Shankar Lal Khatri, whose legacy in hospitality dates back to 1945 at The Oberoi Cecil Hotel, Shimla. Through his dedication, he laid the foundation for a family tradition that spans generations.

Following in his footsteps, Sudan Khatri continued the legacy, honing his skills at the Hyatt Regency Hotel from 1987 to 2004 before bringing his expertise to Australia. In addition to his extensive hospitality experience, is also a seasoned baker and pastry chef. His mastery of sweet treats adds an extra layer of delight to our culinary offerings.
Now, it's Vikas Khatri's turn to carry the torch. With a background in fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels, Vikas combines the wisdom of his predecessors with a modern flair, creating a dining experience like no other at Zeera In Hawthorn.
